About This Project

This site had been landscaped two years prior to our involvement. The clients complained that the design was uninteresting and that the plants were not growing and even dying off. We discovered the heavy clay soils had not been amended. Because of the sloped landscape, the only option was to remove poor soil by hand and amend an additional 10 yards of compost. Six years later the garden is thriving.
